Rome Business School, Rome, Italy and MTI Ltd. organized a study tour on BPO Industry in Italy during 05-13 October 2017. A batch of 07 officials headed by the Project Director of ‘Learning and Earning’ development project attended the study tour in Rome.
A total of 04 participants attended a study tour program on ‘Information and Communication Technology and Outsourcing’ in the Philippines from 26 September to 01 October 2018. MTI successfully managed this study tour in collaboration with Inno-Change International Consultants.
Also, a study tour on ‘Connectivity, Infrastructure and Internet Accessibility Act and Adapting Policies for Boosting BPO Industry’ was held in India from 24 February to 03 March 2017. Managed by MTI, the number of participants in the tour was 06 (six).
