The program titled ‘Food Safety, Security, Handling and Management Course’ was held in Germany during 23-29 August 2018. An 11-member team headed by a Joint Secretary attended the training program in BVL-Federal Office of Consumer Protection & Food Safety, Berlin, Germany. During the training program, Niklas Schulze Icking (Deputy Head of Division, International Food Safety Policy) discussed legal and institutional backgrounds of food safety in Germany and Europe. Dr nEvelyn Breitweg-Lehmann (BVL-Federal Office of Consumer Protection and Food Safety) dwelt on the German food control system and other related issues. MTI Ltd. successfully organized and coordinated this program in collaboration with BVL-Federal Office of Consumer Protection & Food Safety, Berlin, Germany.
