Digitalizing Skills Development: MTI Conducts ToT on TCMS Software for BDSET Project

Management and Training International (MTI) Ltd. has successfully developed the "Training Center Management System (TCMS)" software and conducted a pivotal Training of Trainers (ToT) session for the "Establishment of Bangladesh Digital Service and Employment Training (BDSET) Center Project." This initiative marks a significant step toward digitizing training management under the ICT Division.

Inauguration by High-Level Leadership

The training event, held on February 1, 2026, at the BKIICT Lab, was graced by distinguished guests from the government. Mr. Shish Haider Chowdhury, ndc, Secretary of the Information and Communication Technology Division, inaugurated the session as the Chief Guest. Mr. Md. Mamunur Rashid Bhuiyan, Managing Director (Addl. Charge) of the Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority, attended as the Special Guest.

The session was chaired by Engr. Mohammad Ziaur Rahman, Project Director (Grade-3) of the BDSET Center Project.

Introducing the TCMS Software

MTI Ltd. was entrusted with the development of the TCMS software, a comprehensive solution designed to streamline the operations of training centers. During the event, the Chief Guest and the Project Director extended their appreciation to MTI Ltd.'s Managing Director, Dr. Md. Manirul Islam Khan, and his team for their dedication in building this robust system.

Comprehensive Training of Trainers (ToT)

The core objective of the day was to train the trainers on the operational aspects of the TCMS software. The training was led by MTI Ltd.'s expert team, including Mohammad Nizamuddin Bhuiyan (Program Director), Azmul Kabir Rabbi (Deputy Program Manager), and Md. Raihan Khan (IT Manager). The sessions covered user management, course scheduling, reporting, and data analytics features of the new software.
