Strengthening Government through Capacity Development of the BCS Cadre Officials
This training program took place at the Sri Lanka Institute of Development Administration (SLIDA) under the project ‘Strengthening Government through Capacity Development of the BCS Cadre Officials’ of MoPA for Deputy
Secretary/Equivalent Government Officers of the GoB.
SLIDA implemented this program in collaboration with the Management & Training International (MTI) and it’s
associate firm Siam Health Care (SHC), which comprised of study tours for professional development of 03 (three) batches of Deputy Secretary-level officials in Sri Lanka.
