IMED Holds Capacity Building Workshop at RDA, Bogura
A 27-member team of officials and staff from the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) successfully completed a five-day residential training program at the prestigious Rural Development Academy (RDA) in Bogura. Held from September 12-16, 2024, this was the sixth training batch under the "Capacity Enhancement for Effective Practice of Result Based M&E System in IMED (CEEPRM & ESI)" project.
The program was honored by the virtual presence of the Honorable Secretary of IMED, Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, who served as the Chief Guest. In his address, he emphasized the critical importance of continuous learning for enhancing national project oversight. The training featured a robust curriculum focused on project management, results-based evaluation, and hands-on application of modern ICT tools.

The residential format provided an excellent opportunity for immersive learning and collaboration. In addition to intensive academic sessions, the program included an educational site visit to the historic Mahasthan Archaeological Museum, enriching the participants' experience and fostering a deeper appreciation for the nation's heritage.

The training concluded with a formal certificate awarding ceremony, celebrating the participants' dedication and successful completion of the course. This initiative is another milestone in IMED’s commitment to building a skilled and efficient workforce capable of ensuring accountability and excellence in public project implementation.
