Questions about our travel service
Do you only arrange travel for government officials?
No. Our background is official and institutional travel, but the Travel & Tourism service is open to families, individuals, companies, NGOs and educational institutions.
Can you build a tour that is not listed on the website?
Yes. The tour packages are starting points. We can plan any destination, length and hotel category around your dates and budget.
How are prices quoted?
Every trip is quoted individually because air fares and hotel rates change daily. You receive a written quotation that lists what is and is not included before you confirm anything.
Do you help with visas?
Yes. We prepare document checklists, review your file and guide you through the application. Visa decisions are always made by the embassy or consulate concerned.
Can organisations pay against an invoice?
Yes. Corporate and institutional clients receive formal quotations and invoices, and we can work to procurement and approval timelines.
