Air ticket and hotel questions

What do you need to issue an international ticket?

The traveller's name exactly as in the passport, passport number and expiry date, and the travel dates. Passports should be valid for at least six months beyond the return date.

Can you hold a fare before I pay?

Many fares can be held for a short time, depending on the airline and how close the departure is. We will tell you the time limit with the quotation.

Can I get a hotel booking for my visa application?

Yes. We can arrange confirmed hotel reservations that match your itinerary for visa applications, and adjust them once the visa is granted.

How much baggage can I take?

It depends on the airline, route and fare type. Your quotation and e-ticket show the checked and cabin baggage allowance for each flight.
