IMED Concludes Capacity Building Training in Cox’s Bazar
A 27-member team of officials and staff from the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) successfully completed a five-day residential training program in Cox's Bazar. Held from August 2-6, 2024, this was the fifth training batch under the "Capacity Enhancement for Effective Practice of Result Based M&E System in IMED (CEEPRM & ESI)" project.
The program was inaugurated by the Honorable Secretary of IMED, Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, who served as the Chief Guest and lead trainer. His active participation highlighted the division's strong commitment to enhancing the skills of its personnel. The comprehensive curriculum focused on project monitoring, evaluation methodologies, and the practical application of ICT to improve project oversight and transparency.

Hosted at Cox's Bazar International University, the residential training provided an immersive learning environment. The program was designed not only for skill enhancement but also to foster collaboration and team spirit among the participants, who represented various departments and roles within IMED.

The training concluded with a formal certificate awarding ceremony, recognizing the participants' successful completion of the course. This initiative is a vital part of IMED's ongoing efforts to build a highly skilled and efficient workforce capable of driving effective project implementation for national development.
