IMED's 15th Training Batch Enhances Project Skills for Justice, Labor, and Infrastructure Officials

The fifteenth batch of the IMED's flagship capacity-building initiative successfully concluded its two-day training on December 17-18, 2024. Organized by MTI Ltd., this session brought together a diverse group of officials from the Ministry of Law and Justice, Ministry of Labour and Employment, the Internal Resources Division, and the Bangladesh Bridge Authority to enhance project execution across these critical sectors.

The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, Secretary of IMED, who emphasized the necessity of modern project management practices for achieving national development targets. The curriculum was designed to equip participants with practical tools, focusing on Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E) and providing comprehensive, hands-on training with the e-PMIS digital platform for improved efficiency and accountability.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in interactive sessions and shared valuable field experiences, creating a collaborative learning atmosphere. The training, facilitated by expert trainers from MTI Ltd., focused on practical problem-solving and the application of learned concepts to ongoing and future projects. The event concluded with a certificate awarding ceremony, celebrating the officials' commitment to professional development and excellence in public service.
