IMED's Ninth Training Batch Bolsters Project Management Skills Across Key Ministries

The ninth batch of the intensive two-day training on Project Management, Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E), and e-PMIS concluded on November 18, 2024. Organized by MTI Ltd., the session brought together a diverse group of project directors and officials from the Planning Division, Ministry of Food, and the Health Education and Family Welfare Division, among others.

The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, Secretary of IMED, who emphasized the critical role of accountability and transparency in public sector projects. The training was structured to directly address these principles, providing deep dives into RBM&E methodologies and practical, hands-on experience with the e-PMIS platform to ensure robust project oversight.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in interactive academic sessions covering the entire project lifecycle, from design and analysis to monitoring and evaluation. The collaborative environment, facilitated by MTI Ltd.'s expert trainers, encouraged knowledge sharing and practical problem-solving. The training culminated in a certificate awarding ceremony, celebrating the officials' commitment to advancing project management standards and driving effective national development.
