IMED's Second Project Management Training Batch Focuses on Digital Tools and Accountability
The second batch of officers from the Implementation Monitoring and Evaluation Division (IMED) and various ministries successfully completed a two-day training course on Project Management, Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E), and the e-PMIS application. Organized by MTI Ltd., the session aimed to foster a results-oriented culture within Bangladesh's public sector.
Inaugurating the event, Chief Guest Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, Secretary of IMED, emphasized the critical link between effective project execution and national progress. He highlighted the training's role in improving organizational efficiency and accountability. The sessions provided deep dives into RBM&E methodologies and offered hands-on experience with the e-PMIS digital platform, a centralized tool for modern project management.

Manirul Islam Khan, Managing Director of MTI Ltd., facilitated discussions and encouraged participants to share their field experiences, ensuring the curriculum remained practical and relevant.
