IMED's 13th Training Batch Upskills Officials from Religious Affairs and Primary Education Ministries

The thirteenth batch of the IMED's capacity enhancement initiative successfully concluded its two-day training on December 4-5, 2024. Organized by MTI Ltd., this session uniquely brought together project officials from the Ministry of Religious Affairs, Islamic Foundation, Hindu Religious Welfare Trust, and the Directorate of Primary Education to bolster project management skills across these vital sectors.

The program was inaugurated by Chief Guest Abul Kashem Md. Mohiuddin, Secretary of IMED, who emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring efficient and transparent execution of all development projects. The curriculum focused on providing a robust understanding of Project Management, Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E), and included intensive hands-on training with the e-PMIS digital platform to promote accountability and data-driven decision-making.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in dynamic academic sessions and collaborative discussions, sharing insights and practical experiences relevant to their diverse portfolios. Facilitated by MTI Ltd.'s expert trainers, the program aimed to equip officials with modern tools to overcome project challenges effectively. The training concluded with a certificate awarding ceremony, celebrating the participants' dedication to enhancing their professional capabilities for national development.
