IMED's 20th Training Batch Enhances Project Management Skills for Social Welfare and Security Officials

The twentieth batch of the IMED's intensive training program was successfully held on March 6 and 9, 2025, bringing together a diverse group of project officials. Organized by MTI Ltd., the session focused on upskilling participants from key sectors, including the Ministry of Women and Children Affairs, the Public Security Division (RAB), the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics, and the Cabinet Division.

The training was graced by Chief Guest Md. Tajul Islam, Secretary of IMED, who emphasized the critical role of effective project implementation in advancing social development and national security. The comprehensive curriculum covered modern Project Management techniques, Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E), and included practical, hands-on sessions with the e-PMIS digital platform to foster greater transparency and accountability in public projects.

Throughout the workshop, expert trainers from MTI Ltd. facilitated an interactive and collaborative learning environment. The sessions were designed to equip officials with the necessary tools and methodologies to manage complex development projects effectively. The program concluded with a certificate awarding ceremony, celebrating the participants' commitment to professional growth and their role in driving the nation's progress.
