IMED's 23rd Training Batch Strengthens Project Skills Across Public Works, ICT, and Cultural Sectors
The twenty-third batch of the IMED's flagship capacity-building initiative concluded a successful two-day training on March 16-17, 2025. Organized by MTI Ltd., this session brought together a diverse cohort of officials from key government agencies, including the Public Works Department, Teletalk, Bangladesh Submarine Cable Company Limited, Ministry of Cultural Affairs, and the Ministry of Public Administration.
The training was graced by Chief Guest Md. Tajul Islam, Secretary of IMED, who emphasized the government's unwavering commitment to ensuring efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the execution of public projects. The curriculum provided a comprehensive overview of modern Project Management, Results-Based Monitoring & Evaluation (RBM&E), and featured extensive hands-on training with the e-PMIS platform to institutionalize data-driven project oversight.

Throughout the workshop, participants engaged in dynamic academic sessions and collaborative discussions facilitated by MTI Ltd.'s expert trainers. The interactive format allowed officials to apply new methodologies to challenges within their respective domains, from infrastructure development to ICT network expansion. The program concluded with a certificate awarding ceremony, celebrating the participants' dedication to enhancing their professional capabilities and contributing to national development.
