PMP Professional Certification Program for a2i: Five Days, 46 Officials, One PMI Curriculum

Between 2 May and 27 June 2026, Management and Training International (MTI) Ltd. delivered the Professional Certification Program on Project Management Professional (PMP) for 46 officials and consultants of the Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme, ICT Division, at ICT Tower, Agargaon. Five day-long sessions took the cohort through the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep curriculum (Version 3.0) — and each day has its own write-up below.

About the engagement: Under the assignment “Hiring a Consulting Firm for Project Implementation Support at a2i”, MTI Ltd. organises the full PMP capacity-building track for the Aspire to Innovate (a2i) Programme of the Information and Communication Technology Division, Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Information Technology, Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. The programme follows the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep curriculum (Version 3.0) and its Exam Content Outline references.

The course content is drawn from the PMI® Authorized PMP® Exam Prep curriculum, whose six lessons are mapped line by line to PMI’s Exam Content Outline. The trainers related every concept to Bangladesh public-sector practice — DPP and RDPP preparation, ECNEC approval, PPA/PPR procurement and IMED monitoring.
